The Assembly will formally begin with Opening Worship at 9:30 on 10 May 2017 and close at 22:15 on 16 May 2017. Participants not attending pre-Assembly meetings and events, please arrive in Namibia on 9 May 2017 at the latest.

Airport pick-up
Assembly delegates and other participants will be received at the airport and brought to either the Safari Conference Center for registration or their respective hotels. Transfers to the airport from your hotel will be provided on 16, 17 and 18 May 2017 only.
IMPORTANT: only participants who have submitted travel information on the online registration form are ensured pick-up at the airport on arrival.
