Are you an official delegate of a member church?
All Assembly delegates will be accommodated at the Safari Court Hotels and Conference Center, which is the main venue for the Assembly. As the contract has been established between the LWF and the Safari, the Assembly Office will coordinate delegates' reservations and rooming lists.
Subsidized delegates will be accommodated in twin rooms. Non-subsidized delegates may also choose this option and support the overall reception capacity during the Assembly. For non-subsidized delegates, an invoice will be sent by the LWF to the member churches at the end of the Assembly to settle accommodation costs.
Are you an ecumenical guest, an official guest, a Council member, a steward, a staff member or a co-opted staff member?
Your accommodation will be arranged and taken in charge by the Assembly Office in one of our agreed hotels. Assembly participants not accommodated at the Safari will be provided with a daily shuttle to and from the Safari in the morning and at the close of the evening session during the Assembly.
Are you a self-paying participant (ie not a delegate)?
Self-paying participants (not delegates) are required to arrange their own accommodation. The LWF has reserved rooms in other hotels in the vicinity of the Safari or in the center of town. The agreements with various hotels and guesthouses include a deadline for the number of rooms they have blocked for us. Beyond the deadline, they will not guarantee the availability of these rooms. For those who have yet to arrange their accommodation and in order to facilitate the process, please copy [email protected] in your email to the hotel or guesthouse that you have chosen for your stay in Windhoek.

Are you attending a pre-Assembly meeting or event?
During these meetings events, your accommodation will be arranged by the respective programs. For further details, chose one of the following options:
