This trend suggests it is necessary to rethink the meaning of Sunday as a day to worship and celebrate faith in community, but also to keep the values of this meaningful day alive. Sunday offers the possibility to reinvigorate and maintain one’s balance in a world which is becoming more demanding and in which an increased effort is needed to retain Lutheran values.
